Meet Matthew

For over three decades I have enjoyed developing individuals, teams, and organizations — helping them rise to new levels of performance. As a pastor I have had the privilege of leading dynamic churches which have consistently grown in impact and engagement on local and global scales. Over the course of my ministerial career I have coached, trained, and spoken to leaders across America, Tanzania, Cuba, and Thailand.

I believe in a holistic process of development. I utilize systems for encouraging and equipping people to realize and enjoy lasting fulfillment from “roots to fruits” in all areas of their personal and professional lives. I’ve earned a Master of Divinity from Emory University, along with a Professional Certification in Executive Coaching and Consulting from the Townsend Institute at Concordia University in Irvine, California. Perhaps more importantly, I have been on the front lines of personal development and organizational leadership for 33 years in professional ministry. I’ve experienced the highs and lows of leadership, often learning more from frustrations and failures than from successes.

I am thrilled to be married for 33 years to my wife, Maisie. We have two grown daughters and two granddaughters.
